God the Creator and creation groaning under bondage

I woke up this morning very early and started to renew my blog. You can see the result here, I hope it is just a bit more attractive now :)
After finishing with the blog I decided to watch Yann Arthus Bertrand movie HOME. Just before going to church. You can find the link to the movie in Youtube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqxENMKaeCU

I have seen the movie before and every time I see it, I am just amazed by the beauty of the earth, how God created everything so wisely (even this movie shows that all the created things could just not happen by accident, but were created by wise creator) and how we people are destroying it.

Just as described in Bible Genesis Chapter 1 Yann Arthus Bertrand takes us closer to the beauty of this earth and shows us how everything is connected and how getting one thing out of the balance influences something else in this system.
And it`s us, the people who with our actions take nature out of balance. We are the ones who were created by God himself to take care of this earth but instead we destroy it. We do that because of the sin. Life out of balance is life lived in sin. Life lived without God is life out of balance with its Creator and creation around us.
The movie helped me see the bigger picture - all the creation is under burden, under the sin and the nature cannot recreate itself so quickly just like that.
It is said in Bible - the creation is groaning under a bondage and waits eagerly to be set free. Romans 8:19-25 says: The Creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. For creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into glorious freedom of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pain of childbirth right up to the present time.
Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is not hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently

It is interesting that this passage in Romans says that actually all the creation will be liberated from the burden (the result of destruction) when all the sons of God (children of God, that is Christians) will be revealed.
This chapter says clarely that the destruction will continue till the day we all Christians are waiting for. This passage says that no matter how much better we try to act, no matter how environmentally active we become and how much we try to change the way we act, because of the sin in general it is not possible to contral the damage that started hundreds of years ago.
All the creation is waiting eagerly for the sons of God to be revealed because then the burden of the creation stops. Then God will bring the balance that he meant from the beginning for the creation to have! Praise the Lord for he is in control and he is the only way even in the survival or fate of this earth! Praise the Lord for He brings balance and takes away the results of sin and no one else can!
